Elaine has been a fantastic life coach. If I had known the positive effects our coaching sessions have on my everyday life (both personal life and work life) then I would have contacted her years ago. She has helped me see the glass as half full rather than half empty and so I have gained a clearer insight into what I want from life and how I can achieve my goals. Elaine has given me the ability to think outside the box, to take inspiration from positive moments and positive people and to have the clarity to make some real life changes which I didn’t even know would be so beneficial before I started my coaching sessions. I would highly recommend Elaine. She is dedicated, polite and extremely caring.

My History
It’s safe to say I’ve had a diverse background, spanning 10 years and multiple industries, before making my career in coaching and training.
I’ve managed Tesco and Sainsbury’s, lived the rat race in London (ironically I also worked for a company called The Rat Race!), worked in sales and marketing, had two children, worked full time, part time and had a stint at home as a ‘homemaker’. I’ve worked hard, played hard and I value each and every one of these experiences. Coaching changed my world and I truly believe it can change yours too.
My Life
I’m now based in the South East, with my lovely husband and our two mischievous daughters. I’m a keen runner and partial to a good period drama and a snowboarding session.
An unusual fact about me…
I prefer Mr Whippy to Haagen Dazs every time.
My pet peeve…
My patience definitely wanes when I see people misusing disabled or parents’ car parking spaces.
My goals...
To run a half marathon PB, travel around Australia with my family and learn to dance (properly).
